Heavy workouts

Today I did workout for my triceps and shoulder. I am feeling very tired because of this. Today the workouts were heavy and so I can’t even type the keys in my keyboard that much faster than I usually do. Doing heavy workouts is better than doing correctly with little weights.

Be Healthy

Regular workout makes your body to be fit . I used to go for gym daily . But I don't miss them even a single day . I like to keep my body fit and to be healthy . I used to take a lot of proteins and carbohydrates to keep my body regulating all time.

six packs abs - i need to workout

I was so fat before 2 years. When I heard about the word six packs, I thought I need to bring them. But first I need to reduce my fat. I went for gym and reduced my weight from 92 kilos to 70 kilos in 3 months. It was very difficult for me to reduce my fat. Now I am fit and have great stamina since I used to run continuously or an hour daily. Now I am trying to get six packs and building my body too. Many said that I can't bring six packs; I am going to break their noses after I bring them.
